Now don't get me wrong, it's not still real to me, I know its kayfabe, I know he'll be back. That said I'd challenge most people brave enough to admit that they fangirl for anyone to think about the one person they tune in to see the most taken off TV for a potentially indefinite period of time. Yeah, it sucks. Trust me, I know.

I thought the Free or Fired was a pretty weak stip but it made sense in context. They had the greatest chance to turn Cena heel and didn't. I reckon John's hurt but hey, there's rumours that the baby he spoke about was his. idk, it could be anything.

So, anyway, I just wanted to post on my journal that it feels pretty sucky today. I know a lot of people don't like John and are glad to see him gone. That's your prerogative and you're entitled to it. However, as I've seen a lot on twitter overnight to now, people are delighting his fan's misery. Yeah, some of the kid's reactions (THAT GIRL LOLZ) are pretty funny but for those of us who are face marks and happy to admit it, for people that enjoy the energy and comedy John brings to Monday nights, well, today is a bit crappy so cut us some slack, eh? Whether he's gone for a while as suspected or he comes back next week and it's all a work, I don't care. He's my Orton, my Edge, my Taker - however you want to dress it up, he's the guy who puts my ass on an overpriced seat when it rolls into the UK.

And in other news, much as I love Miz, it's too soon imho. Belt taken off Randy waaayyyyy too soon and put on Miz a few months early too. Finally, who are the smarks going to boo now? It's gonna be quieter than usual in them thar arenas :D

Meanwhile, back at the batcave, slashburd was not amuse :D

I wonder if Randy saw the tape from last night of how pissed this lil' girl was. I felt so bad for her. And him. She'll be next to fight the Nexus, and probably hears voices in her head too. Poor thing. I totally felt Randy got robbed that time.

totally agree with everything you just said hun!! Yes I know he'll be back but for now he's gone and that sucks. I've not always been a John fan but over this year I don't know something happened and/or changed and now he rates as high in my heart as Randy (which is about as high as you can get!!). Yes the crowing over his departure is their perogative but so is our feeling of loss at that same departure. The guy has worked so damn hard for so long...just..yeah.

And that little girl's face - priceless!! And pretty much summed up exactly how I felt about almost all of RAW this week.

John love is catching, I tell ya :D I think what is most endearing about him is how genuine he is, its clear he loves what he does and that melts me into bits (along with that massive, dazzling smile <3)

And I'm totally floored that he's up there with Randy in your affections, that is pretty damn high, I agree!!! Does it make sense that Orton without Cena is like Hunter without Shawn - it just doesn't fit right :( ???

I can't help but feel that that little girl's face is going to be seen a lot over the years and you're right - Raw was Evil!Kidface-worthy!

I think you're right he is so honest. What you see is what you get, end of. and he's okay with the fact some fans hate him. The guy has integrity and his love of the industry is just stunning. And yeah I'm not ashamed to say it - over the last year he's worked his way up and I'd rank him as high in my heart as Randy - even if that statement will get me killed and ridiculed by some - don't care. I like him and that's that!!

Oh totally Orton without Cean is so like HHH without HBK! The guys belong together either as enemies or as partners - tag partners I mean this is the PG era afterall ;)

Its a sad state of affairs but there is a certain degree of riducule that comes with being a Cena fan - I used to take it a bit personally but now I don't give a toss! If people can't see John for what and who he is then it's their loss as far as I'm concerned. The less people that want a piece of him the more there is for the rest of us :D

The PG era sucks - between John being less rough and sleazy, Randy only wearing dignified trunks, H being less growly and rawwwr and Shawn getting his tight little ass out of town to go bother God it's not been a great time for fangirls lol

Yeah it does suck but as you say if they are stupid enough not to see the guy for what he is - a bloody hard worker - then its their loss. And yeah means more of that srcumminess for those of us who do appricated him ;)

totally SUCKS!! i miss my blood and carnage and god yes I need Hunter being growly - but then you know what that man does to me when he gets all growly!! hehe mmmm Randy does need to get rid of his dignified elegant runks adn retrun to those gorgeous salmon ones that showed EVERYTHING!!! Not gonna happen but I can dream ;)

I saw a rumour on a dirtsheet or messageboard that the baby was actually his and not Matt's - there was no source and I'm fairly sure that if she was pregnant the media would have been on it somehowm :S

He's one of the only things that keeps me watching WWE at the moment while the stories and stuff are so weak so if he's gone even for a few weeks I'll miss him loads </3

Apparently so! I saw the Juan Cena thing, I can't help but love the idea that he's going to turn up like a giant Rey Mysterio! I'm also hopeful that Juan wouldn't wear jean shorts and would prefer to wear teeny tiny trunks but we can all dream, right? :D

I like that Miz won through a not-so-cheap cash in, that's for sure. He had to fight a little to win which I think is good. I'm just a bit dubious on the fact that they slapped the belt on Sheamus this time last year, he didn't draw or make for a convincing champ so they passed it on and passed it around since! My preference would've been him cashing at the Rumble but hey, lets just hope it works out for him and that he really is awesome :)
